A very challenging basement renovation, this client wanted to completely renovate their basement from a 7' tall storage area to a 10' tall "hang out". In partnership with Boomgarden Architects, Renewed Builders dug down approximately 5' in order to underpin the existing brick foundation. Once the project was completed, our client had a brand new rec room, bunk beds, bathroom, laundry room, heated floors and a golf simulator.
